Why are arrival and departure on Sundays?

Because on Saturdays roads in Zillertal are completely crammed, we offer you a journey without stress.
 

How far is the distance between lift and chalet

Lift (290m from house). After your ski run you can reach the chalet by ski.
 

On which height is the chalet?

The chalet is 1708 m above sea level and is probably the highest chalet in Ziller Valley Arena.
 

How does payment work?

After your booking you have to pay 20% of the whole price. The rest (80%) has to be payed 4 weeks before your arrival.
 

Is there a underground garage?

In the underground garage are possibilities to park there are 2 parking lots for 6 - 8 persons apartments, and 3 parking lots for 12 - 14 persons apartments.
 

How many persons can rent a apartment?

The large appartment (140m²) suits for 12 - 14 persons and the smaller one (78m²) offers space for 6 - 8 persons. It is also possible to rent both of them, so it fits for 22 person.
 

At what time can I check in at the chalets and when do I have to leave the chalet on departure day?

Check in is possible on Sundays from 3 p.m., check-out on Sundays by 10 a.m.
 

Do I have to bring the bedding myself?

You will get the bedding in seperate desk when you arrive.
 

Is there a ski school for kids?

Silberleiten has a own ski-school.
 

Is there a warmer for my ski boots in the ski cellar?

Yes there is a new and modern warmer which will warm your boots by hot air blowing.
This makes your boots warm and dry.
 

Can I get beds for babys or high chairs?

You can rent beds for babys (without bedding) and high chairs for free.
Sledges can be rent cheaply.
 

Is there a restaurant in Silberleiten?

Yes, for example "Gernot auf der Plattenalm", only about 340 m away from your chalet (can be reached by ski).
During the day enjoy yourself at "apres ski", in the evening eat at the excellent restaurant.
 

Is there televison in bedrooms?

Yes, each bedroom and the livinroom has its own LCD-TV.
 

Is there internet or telephone in the chalets, and how much does it cost?

Each chalet has a telefone. Internet (LAN and WLAN) is for free.
 

How is the kitchen set?

There is a dish washer, micro wave, hot air stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and water boiler.
 

Which appartment has its own sauna?

The 12 - 14 person appartment has its own sauna. For the 6 - 8 person appartment there is a community sauna in the outskirt area.
 

Where can I get food?

A store can be reached by car in only 5 minutes. Additonally we offer you a daily bake roll service.
 

Can I spent my summer holiday in Silberleiten?

Silberleiten is also an excellent choice to spend your holiday in summer, enjoy the wonderful countryside of the National Park Hohe Tauern. Fans of hiking or mountainbiking will be exalted.

Are there enough hiking trails?

Over 60 km of well signed hiking trails at each height will lead you through the fantastic countryside around Krimml, Königsleiten, Silberleiten
 

Are the pists suitable for small children?

Yes, Silberleiten Hochkrimml is for everybody. The same for beginners as for experts.
 

Are the ski cellars locked?

Each apartment will get its own keys to unlock or lock the ski cellar.
